Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at St. Joseph Health System offers patient-centered Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Services with a team approach. From acute care to home care to outpatient rehabilitation, we bring together people with many years of experience to care for you. We provide rehabilitation services for patients of all age with orthopedic injuries, sports-related injuries, musculo-skeletal disorders, neurological problems and lymphedema. Depending on your individual needs, you may enter the continuum of care at any one of our service entry points.

It is sometimes difficult to make the transition from hospital to home after illness or injury. To ease this transition our rehabilitation professionals work with patients to become as functional and independent as possible. After a through evaluation, the team develops a treatment plan individually tailored to the patient's needs and goals. Each patient is closely involved in guiding his or her own treatment. Our goal is to help every individual maximize functional performance maintaining safety and dignity.

Our Health System's outpatient centers use state of the art facilities and methods in delivering physical, occupational and speech therapy services. We are open for your convenience between 7 am to 6.00 PM Monday to Friday.
