The Health Information Management (Medical Records) Department is fully staffed to serve our customers, which include patients, physicians, and many others. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm. We can be reached by dialing 989-362-9371.

If you are in need of obtaining copies of your medical records, you can call us at 989-984-2549 for information. In certain cases, there is a charge of 75 cents per page for copies.
