The staff members of St. Joseph Home Care Services recognize each individual as a person. The Agency's concept of care includes assisting the patient/client to achieve an optimal state of well-being in his/her own environment. This is achieved by providing holistic care which embraces the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient. It is also achieved by recognizing the patient and family are a unit of care and addressing their needs as they interact.

We also believe that home health, hospice, and home medical equipment services are a significant component of a comprehensive health care system. We believe that home health, hospice, and home medical equipment services provide a meaningful health resource which promotes recovery and rehabilitation of individuals with acute and chronic health care problems and provides support in the final stages of incurable illness.
